Expectation, Emotion, Forgiveness & Motion
What makes people move?
What moves people?
What defines people?
What defines me?
How does an action start?
How is an interaction defined?
What has to stand at the start and what is that start, that makes us able to move, move outside of the expected, move expectations?
Exploring these concepts and their relation to each other: This Tutorium is set in English (if agreed upon by all participants) and follows the approach of combining texts from literature, legal theory and philosophy with artworks, contemporary as well as historical. Concepts of faith from different backgrounds are considered, as well as their absence. You are invited to bring + present the works you think of as necessary when discussing these concepts & their application into practice. We will move through & with the four concepts in the presented order. Send me a mail for the current reading list. We aim to converse in the spirit of conviviality after Illich & will have the space in the chimney room on the Westendcampus. We will meet on selected dates, not every week.
First meeting: 26.04.2025, 16:00 Uhr, Raum auf Anfrage
